After applying for a merchant account with another provider several months earlier, (and, we are still to even have a response from that application!) Our team came across StrataPay and we decided to give them a go instead.
The StrataPay application was filled out and sent. In just 3 days we were up and ready to go with an official welcome letter and a mobile merchant facility that needed NO Batteries! StrataPay then contacted us and supplied free training on the allocation of the StrataPay cards through our secured administration console we also received training on how to process a credit card through our mobile phones.
We have since had all our franchisees applications for merchant facilities transferred over to StrataPay and our franchisee's have found the whole process from the simple application form right through to the credit card authorisation and receiving of payment to be a painless process that works very well.
We have found the group at StrataPay to be very friendly and easy to deal with. The whole StrataPay experience has been quite a pleasure.
