I have been using the StrataPay system for nearly 6 months now and have found it extremely successful for my growing business. As I did not want to pay expensive bank fees! Just to be able to give my ability to pay for their sculptures using a credit card.
A tradesman, who was working in my home, over heard me tell a Twinkle Toes client that I did not have credit card facilities available. He told about StrataPay and gave me their contact details. Within a few days I was offering a credit card facility to my own clients.
The first thing I did was to call all my clients whose sculptures have been ready for months and advise them that I could take Credit Cards and within a week most had been collected and importantly paid for!
And it is easy to use at home, By simply following the voice prompts of the IVR and in just 4 steps I have processed the credit cards payment with a confirmation of the transaction and receipt number given to me over he phone. The money goes from the credit card into my bank account the next business day! Simple and Easy.
It is especially good at markets or shopping centres as I do the same thing using my mobile! In today's marketplace it is expected that businesses have credit card facilities and I feel that this confirms that my Twinkle Toes franchise is a professional operation.
